Product Description | It consists of a main valve, a needle regulating valve, a pilot valve, a ball valve and a connecting pipe system. The main valve body adopts a full-channel, direct current, streamlined design, and adopts a diaphragm or piston structure. This product sets the outlet pressure by setting the spring pressure of the pressure regulating pilot valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valve, and stabilizes the outlet pressure by connecting the pipe system and the feedback of the control room. This product uses a needle regulating valve and a pilot valve for water pressure self-control, and does not require additional equipment and energy. It is easy to maintain, is less affected by the inlet pressure and flow, has high pressure control accuracy, and is reliable in pressure reduction and stabilization. |
Valve Working Principle | When water is supplied from the water inlet, water flows into the main valve control chamber through the needle valve, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve closes and the control chamber stops draining. At this time, the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises, the main valve closes, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. Since the displacement of the pilot valve is greater than the water inlet of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control chamber drops, and the inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In steady state, the water in and out of the control chamber is the same, the opening remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure remains unchanged. Adjust the pilot valve spring to set the outlet pressure. |
