The metal-to-metal hard seal butterfly valve is a high-performance industrial valve designed for severe working conditions. Its sealing surface is made entirely of high hardness metal materials (such as stainless steel or Stellite alloy), ensuring excellent wear and corrosion resistance. The valve is designed for high temperature, high pressure and severe working conditions, and is the first choice for petrochemical, power generation, metallurgical and thermal systems and other industries that require reliable sealing.

The metal sealing faces are precision machined and have special surface treatments (e.g. carbide overlay or nickel plating) to provide excellent sealing performance and long service life even under extreme conditions.

Product Characteristics
