Valve working principle | It consists of main valve, needle adjustment valve, pilot valve, ball valve and connecting piping system. The main valve body adopts full-channel, direct-flow, streamlined design and diaphragm-type or piston type structure. This product sets the outlet pressure by setting the spring pressure of the regulating pilot valve and adjusting the opening of the needle valve, and stabilizes the outlet pressure by connecting the piping system and feedback from the control room. This product adopts needle-type regulating valve and pilot valve for water pressure self-control, without additional equipment and energy. It is easy to maintain, little affected by inlet pressure and flow, high accuracy of pressure control, and reliable pressure reduction and stabilization. When water is supplied from the inlet, water flows into the main valve control chamber through the needle valve and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the setting value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve closes and the control chamber stops draining. At this time, the pressure in the main valve control chamber rises, the main valve closes, and the outlet pressure no longer rises. When the outlet pressure drops to the set pressure of the pilot valve, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains downstream. As the discharge of the pilot valve is greater than the inlet of the needle valve, the pressure in the control chamber of the main valve drops and the inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In the steady state, the same amount of water enters and exits the control chamber, the opening remains constant, and the outlet pressure remains constant. Adjust the pilot valve spring to set the outlet pressure. |
