Silent pinch check valve

The butt-clamp check valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, gas and weak corrosive media, widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, HVAC and other systems. The valve has a compact structure and is suitable for horizontal or vertical installation, especially for pipelines with restricted space. The working temperature range is generally -29℃ to +425℃, depending on the selected material. The main function is to prevent backflow of media, relying on the fluid's own pressure to open and close automatically, without external drive. Commonly used materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, sealing surface can be selected rubber, PTFE or hard alloy, to adapt to a variety of complex working conditions.

Constructed of 316L stainless steel with an electropolished surface (Ra ≤ 0.5 μm), the valve meets stringent sanitation standards and resists corrosion in CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (sterilization-in-place) systems. Its compact design and clamp connections allow for quick installation and sterilization, making it ideal for high-purity fluid handling.

Main characteristics

Silent Closing Mechanism: Spring-assisted flap with hydraulic damper ensures smooth, noiseless closure and reduces the water hammer effect by up to 701 TP3 T. Operating noise is less than 50 dB(A) (80 dB(A) for standard check valves).

Sanitary Clamp Connections: Triple clamp (cloverleaf) fittings meet 3A, EHEDG and FDA standards for sanitary applications. Easily disassembled for cleaning and inspection without tools.

SANITARY DESIGN: All 316L stainless steel construction with electropolished or mirror polished surface. No dead corners or crevices, effectively preventing the growth of bacteria.

Low resistance to flow: optimized flow path with very low pressure drop (Cv ≥ 1.5 at DN50). Suitable for high-purity liquids such as dairy products, beverages and pharmaceuticals.
